A house of character from the 1930s, it is unique in that it retains the charm of the old while presenting a modern and industrial style. You will find all the necessary comfort for a real break, in the shade of the giant pine tree :).

You will benefit from all the amenities within walking distance: restaurants, cinema, seawater swimming pool, sailing club, shops, pharmacy, post office...

Access to the beaches of Plougonvelin is by foot in a few minutes, all of which are about 700m away: Trez Hir, Berthaume and plage des Curés. The Keruzas park, with its lake where swans sail, and activities for children, is 300m away.

Moreover, Versant Ouest honours 3 artists, whose presentation you will find in our "artists" page. 1 work of art from each of them decorates the gîte, the particularity being that you can buy them, the prices being mentioned on the spot.

The gîte has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
